Synergy’s BAS Division serves as the prime subcontractor to national and local equipment control system manufacturers / integrators, as well as area mechanical contractors installing the electrical distributed control systems that are used to control and monitor a building’s heating, cooling, and ventilation (HVAC) system. Modern building automation systems also control indoor and outdoor lighting, security, fire alarm, lab controls and other related low voltage systems that are part of an integrated Building Management System. Synergy also specializes in installing commercial, industrial, and institutional security and access controls systems. Performance Contracting
Synergy also will team up with BAS and Mechanical Contractors to overhaul and update all types of energy consuming equipment for building owners. This process includes in both power, lighting, and control wiring to provide the customer with a state-of-the-art energy efficient building system. This process saves both money and the environment.
